This painting belongs to a series that I am painting now about the Castles of Spain. This artwork is inspired by the Belmonte Castle. It is a tribute to medieval times. I wanted to reflect the people of the town on their walk towards the castle and on the right I have painted a vintage girl looking at the landscape. The girl has a blouse and the ruffle is made of fabric that I have glued. I wanted to paint the castle in sketches, as loose strokes. The characters that go up and down the mountain are treated with my usual style. The mountain with its beautiful green tones.
